Every set logged. Every session, against your last.

Your gym's app kept none of this. Zonesplit keeps all of it, every station and every session, straight off your wrist. Feeling fitter is a guess. This is the number.

Apple Watch ships first.

Ten exercises, ten splits, ten comparisons. The improvements are small. They compound.

    Swipe · 10 exercises

The watch runs the session on its own. You swipe when the block changes, and type a number only where no sensor can know it.

Placeholder. Will be a session board photographed straight on, nine stations written in chalk.

Photograph the board. Train off your wrist.

Screenshot today's session from your gym's app, or snap the whiteboard on the way in. It is parsed into stations and sent to your watch before you have finished warming up.

Placeholder. Will be the same session board, cropped to the card.

Four kinds of work, tracked the way each should be.

The watch captures while you train, with hands busy and one gesture. The phone does the thinking afterwards. Inside the app, amber means you marked it and cyan means it marked itself.

See exactly where you lost time

One swipe stamps the split. Time per station, every round, with your heart rate mapped to each movement.

You find the station that cost you the session, not one blob score for the whole class.

    Run without touching a thing

Hit the run leg and the watch takes over. GPS pace, distance, and auto-complete at the target.

Your hands never leave your sides and nothing needs tapping mid stride.

Know your pace with nothing paired

Row, ski, bike. Swipe off the machine and your pace per 500m is computed instantly from the programmed distance.

No Bluetooth, no pairing, no cable, and it works on machines with no data feed at all.

Log a set without breaking rhythm

Set cards arrive pre-filled with last session's load. Same again is one tap. Went up is two clicks of the crown.

Every top set, rep range and RIR banked without a keyboard in sight.

Every movement gets a benchmark: pace at a fixed effort, loads, PBs, trended over months. This session against your last, and against your best, on every exercise you have ever done.

    Where it goes

Your data outlives your gym membership.

Zonesplit measures inside the session, which is the one thing nothing else does. Then it hands the numbers over. Every session you record is yours to take out, in full, whenever you want, and it keeps working after you change gyms, change apps, or stop paying us.
